Thank you for visiting Last Resort Music!  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  However, we will make every effort to satisfy our customers with efficient and courteous service.

While much of what is below is duplicated elsewhere on our website, here are some general tems and conditions:

1) All prices are subject to change without notice.  Once you place your order, however, it won't change.  You knew this.

2) Website prices do not include shipping and handling.  Shipping rates are primarily based upon weight and destination zip code or country.  Please see 'Delivery Info' for more comprehensive shipping information.  Since it bears repeating, please note that USPS Media Mail, though by far the cheapest option, can take as long as 3 weeks for delivery and is NOT trackable.  USPS Media Mail packages will not be considered late until at least 4 weeks from the original ship date.

3) Please note that Last Resort Music is completely staffed, from owners through our lowly boxboy, by musicians.  We make every effort to keep (somewhat) regular office hours, but there are indeed days that every one of us is working as a professional musician.  For this, we apologize, but not too effusively, as we love to play!  Regardless, Last Resort Music does its best to process orders within 24 hours on business days.  Orders received after 12 noon PST will most likely ship the following business day.  If you have a date you absolutely need to have your order by, please let us know.  We will contact you if the shipping method chosen is insufficient.  We are always closed between Christmas and New Year's Day.

4) Digital downloads should be available immediately after purchase.  Download links for items purchased will appear at the bottom of the successful checkout page.  Downloads are available for 3 days after purchase and include 2 download attempts.  Things do go wrong!  Please email for technical questions!  

5) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are accepted ONLY with prior authorization, and must be requested within 20 days of the invoice date.  Clothing may be exchanged for sizing.  No cash or credit card refunds will be issued, but a store credit (good for one year) will be issued.  All returns are subject to a 10% to 25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the return.  If you receive an authorization to return music, PLEASE pack it carefully in a bubble-wrap envelope with a cardboard insert or a well-padded box with packing material inside to keep the music from getting damaged.  The return fee will be greater for music with stickers, sticker goop, newly inked ownership signatures, bent corners, penciled-in fingerings or such.  But hopefully, you knew this.....
